Good morning,we are seasonals in 55 plus rv park. wife has severe ra so we bought a golf cart for her to get around in,had it for 5 months now no problem,now we're being told we can not bring it back ...

I am disabled and use a mini-golf cart as a mobility device. (I also have a smaller cart for use in stores, etc.)
As others have mentioned, I would ask the park for an exception, and mark the cart with a disability placard. (Both my carts are marked)
If the park will not go along with that then they could be sued, however it probably is not worth it.
I would find another park. Lord knows there are many, many parks in Florida that would welcome you and your money.
