Golf carts?

I am on both sides of the fence here. We don't own a golf cart, and I find them annoying at most of the campgrounds that allow them. BUT... when we went to Fort Wilderness (Disney), we rented one for a day and had a BLAST. It was really fun. So, I want one, but I hate them...

Sorry we LOVE to cruise on our golf car some of the haters are probably the ones the didn't like us in the day cruizin in our 69 Mustangs either or are they ???? See alot of cool sites including the 1958 Sparta trailer we would have not seen otherwise. Meet alot of nice people cruzin try it ............

OF course the only campground we do take ours to is 300 acres almost 900 sites & more than that seasonal houses.

We'll keep cruzin.............. just got back...........

Even Elvis friendly, although he has already left the building…

Campfire friendly…


Yes even Kid friendly…



And pet friendly…



And best of all golfer friendly….





And with about 26 miles of roads in the campground covering about 650 achers the golf cart is a great utility vehicle ans yes they are also fun to have…

Amazes me that people will say its ok to have their toy (motorhome, truck, RV. etc) but complain about other peoples toys.

It's bad there when they expect you to jump off the path to the outpost so the can proceed on by in thier cart. They need a better system for the cart traffic there. And they have buses and walking paths!

They do sell street legal golf carts that can be driven on roads up to 35mph! They are titled and registered as a car. So they can be driven around as one. Yes there are some campground/resorts that are big enough that one is required. Otherwise i've been in campgrounds where you could walk te entire place in 5 minutes and quite a few people had them. It's all about your lifestyle.

I was at a campground last weekend and i went into town for some stuff. The town i went through was "golf cart friendly". I guess they figure there will be less pollution and less serious accidents on golf carts.
