Several of my high school friends and myself get together every year for a weekend campout.Guys only. Usually about the third weekend of April. We always camp in the same remote Nat. Forrest campground. It is small, only about nine campsites and one group site which we usually camp in.One year it happened to be on Easter weekend. The campground was filled, several famileys with children. One of the guys in our clan drove into town and returned with a very large bucket filled with Easter eggs, candy, prize eggs and other goodies. At first light on Easter morning the entire campground was covered with Easter goodies, those kids had a blast. Some of the guys cooked a huge breakfast and we invited every one in the campground, most all came.We all had an Easter to remember.
Ounce a year at my seasonal site I cook blueberry pancakes for the staff and whom ever wants to join us.
