We we were fortunate that when Sunline RV closed it's doors that our unit was already out of warranty. And, Sunline made such a quality trailer that we didn't have any issues. But I really feel sorry for folks that end up with a orphan under warranty and then have a major issue with the roof or wall delamination, etc. When you're talking major repairs, I don't think even the local dealer will be willing to absorb that kind of repair cost.
