They are both good. As other posters have mentioned, both service sometimes use the exact same tow companies.
I have Good Sam,used it once with a flat tire with excellent results.
Thought I might investigate Coach Net. Sent them an e-mail asking a very specific, question regarding coverage. Took them three days to respond. Not what I want in a "emergency" responder.
Read each contract carefully and then make a choice.
