I had been with AAA for over 30 years .... now for the topic of this thread:
After switching to CoachNet Premier (so all my vehicles are covered in the entire U.S. and Canada), I tried them out 900 miles from home outside a small town in Washington state. I called them in Texas, and the dispatcher named the town I was close to before I had told them - by using my cell phone's GPS system. The repair truck came by within the time stated ... told me what most likely caused the problem and fixed the problem on the spot. CN followed up later with phone calls to make sure the repair/tow truck had arrived and asked me how it went. I call that great customer service.
BTW, the reasons I switched (from AAA) were: Their policy is to not change inner rear duals, and they only allow three(3) or four(4) trouble call claims per year.
What I would REALLY LIKE is an ERS insurance policy for if-at-all-possible through normal channels offroad rescues on non-maintained roads ... if not possible through normal channels, then I pay for the rescue.
