Both companies appear to offer good policies on road service. Forum members using both, that read and understand, what "their" policy covers, appear to feel they get good service.
A year of so back one of the forum members were covered by one of the mentioned road service companies. I had the very same plan. The couple had gone into a Wal Mart while on a trip and when they came out, found their RV engulfed in fire. Total loss it looked to be from her photos. She was very upset because her road service wouldn't tow their burned out vehicle somewhere, wouldn't provide them with a hotel room and food allowance, etc. I got out my policy and reread it again and none of her "wants" were covered. Her vehicle insurance coverage might have do so but not her road service contract.
I think most RVers would be most pleased with either company, after they have read what they are buying and understand that it doesn't cover every act of God that may happen to any of us on the road. The number one item from both companies is that they require you to call them, then they will call the service provider. Normally if you call the service provider yourself, you pay for the service. They have to protect themselves from being scammed like we all have to try and accomplish.
