I use MAXXIS Mooo8. GY Endurance are supposed to be good, but they are relatively new, and haven't been out long enough to have a good, or bad reputation. so I'm not passing judgement on them for a couple years more. But typically GY ST tires are junk.
And in truth. This is the 3rd, and last year of my MAXXIS. Every trailer tire I have ever blown, has been in their 4th year. So I'm not leaving them on for another year. They will be replaced in 2020 spring
