Gooseneck Question

Correct on the rattle can. Evidently people are more inclined to buy a 9 year old vehicle if the dealer paints over the rusty frame. They even painted over the rust on the receiver hitch. The paint is what covered the sticker that I did find, but can't read now that there is paint on it. The drivers side picture, you can see where the sticker is located.

It could be hodge-podge stuff, but if it is, it is one of the cleaner hodge-podges I have seen. Usually stuff people make up have edges that you can tell were cut with an oxy-acetylene torch and then never cleaned up. This has rounded edges on the corners, it just looks nicer then something found out back in the long grass that they cut up and made it work.
