Your lights are 12volts. There should be fuses that protect the 12 volt side. One of them is blown. In most RV's, the 12 volt fuses are in the same panel as the breakers. They could look like a glass tube about 1" long, or they could look like a blue or red piece of plastic about 1/2 " long and it will have a number on it like 15 or 20. If you pull the fuses out,you can tell which one is blown because the metal link inside the fuse is broken.
