I am really sorry that you suffered a loss of not only objects but your sense of safety. It must have been startling to find that your home away from home was broken into while you were enjoying a meal. I guess we all just need to be more vigilant and careful. Too bad that some folks think it is okay to take from others.
I guess I am glad I don't wear much jewelry or even think to bring any along while camping. But, I make up for it with camera gear. And, an 8.5' pop up TC doesn't leave enough room for anything not crucial.
