Well, not today anyway. 3" of snow and 24* this morning. Supposed to be near record lows tonight. If mother nature keeps this up, our CG wont be open till June....
78 degrees, this past weekend ,last night 23 degrees.Dewinterized last weekend, ran the heat last night in camper.Big ice cycles on camper this morning with inch of snow.Had 1 inch of rain first before it froze.
I know were not the only ones getting snow, and what we got is nothing compared to other areas, but we got another email from our CG saying the may 1st opener is looking less likely and this snow and cold weather isnt helping.
MY DW and I are out on Cape Cod. We are workamping at Bay View CG in Bourne and woke up to snow this morning. But the sun is out now and the snow is just a memory.
Well, don't "feel like the Lone Ranger" :B. We're supposed to get up to a foot (in some areas) of the white stuff. Gets warmer and melts a little snow, gets cooler and get a bunch of snow to bring it back up to the previous level. At least Easter Sunday will be dry and around 50°F. This has been a very cold, long and dreary winter. The lakes will still be iced over for fishing opener the 2nd week in May. Sigh.....:R
