9. The term "upgrade" is a joke. Why do so so many think going from a TT to a 5er, a 5er to a MH and "upgrade"... when they all have the exact same appliances, furnaces, water heaters, the exact same plumbing pipes, frame manufacturers, and all use the same rubber on the roof? The only "upgrade" is the amount you have to "anti-up" out of your pocket book.
