Within the General Description of this link should explain to those in any state that seem to want to randomly dump their gray water and 'think' it is ONLY soapy water from showering therefore it is ok. :R
California General definitions:
"Graywater" includes but is not limited to wastewater from bathtubs, showers, bathroom washbasins, clothes washing machines, and laundry tubs, but
does not include wastewater from kitchen sinks or dishwashers.
Almost ALL RV's have kitchen sinks that dump into the gray tank. It is the food stuffs, grease that go down the kitchen sink that STINKS and attracts bugs/animals etc.
And IMHO dumping a gray tank anywhere where other campers will be parking after you or near you is just plain disrespectful.
