Sometimes, when we're in more remote, rustic parks where there's nobody camping close by us, and I really don't feel like messing with the blue tote tank.....I *might* just 'accidentally' open the grey valve just a little bit, let it drip, sloooowly drain out on the ground.
And THAT I would object to as I have on occasion arrived on a campsite only to find the previous occupant had done just that. :M Campsite ground surface is often quite hard from repeated compacting and if nothing else this practice leaves a wet mess for the next person to deal with. The much better alternative is to connect a length of garden hose to your trailer's sewer outlet and run it out to the foliage surrounding your site where grey water can easily disperse without affecting you
or the next occupant of your site.
