Grills that hang on the side wall of the trailer

I have a question for those of you who have a grill that hangs off the side of your trailer. Does the wall behind or above your grill get hot, does it get greasy and has it discolored in any way? ...

We have a sidekick grill and use it all the time. No issues. Love the quick connect from the hose on the side of the trailer. No problems with splatter, grease or discoloration
