Grills that hang on the side wall of the trailer

I have a question for those of you who have a grill that hangs off the side of your trailer. Does the wall behind or above your grill get hot, does it get greasy and has it discolored in any way? ...

I have never heard of these grills.They are on Amazon. The online owner's manual is pretty extensive. They recommend using Easy Off oven cleaner. I don't really want to use that, how do you clean it? I have been looking for a quality charcoal grill. I have a Lodge Sportsman Grill for steaks/burgers, but I need something with a lid that doesn't take too much charcoal. May look at a Cobb Grill, too.
