Had sleep study last night: calling all auto cpap users!

I have been diagnosed with "significant" sleep apnea. Insurance wouldn't agree to a split sleep study, and the nurse said they would have put me on cpap after 2 hours of sleep. I stopped breathing...

I thought I slept very well until they told me this morning that I had severe sleep apnea. I can't wait to get the report to see how bad it is-- I mean, no wonder I've been dragging!!
