Had sleep study last night: calling all auto cpap users!

I have been diagnosed with "significant" sleep apnea. Insurance wouldn't agree to a split sleep study, and the nurse said they would have put me on cpap after 2 hours of sleep. I stopped breathing...

There are a bunch of different machines ie: full face mask, nose only, one's that fit in the nostrils.

I have one with a full mask covering nose and mouth, and a humidifier that holds distilled water.

My wife says I don't hardly move around at all since I started using this. Before I was toss and turning all night and woke up tired.
