Had sleep study last night: calling all auto cpap users!

I have been diagnosed with "significant" sleep apnea. Insurance wouldn't agree to a split sleep study, and the nurse said they would have put me on cpap after 2 hours of sleep. I stopped breathing...

One thing about the humidifier, get it ,use it! My COPD doc says your lungs need 100% humidity and you will find if you do not raise the humidity (I use a setting of 4 of 6) you will hawk up a lot of flem, not a good thing. I also do the salt saline thing each day to dry up my sinuses.

Do it and live don't do it and you'll not like the result.
