Had sleep study last night: calling all auto cpap users!

I have been diagnosed with "significant" sleep apnea. Insurance wouldn't agree to a split sleep study, and the nurse said they would have put me on cpap after 2 hours of sleep. I stopped breathing...

OK back from my cpap night, from reading all the good post , I,ll give it a try ,geting use to the mask thats the hard part, I felt trapped.some one said theres a nose mask? ,they didn,t use that one ,might be the ticket for me.
