Had sleep study last night: calling all auto cpap users!

I have been diagnosed with "significant" sleep apnea. Insurance wouldn't agree to a split sleep study, and the nurse said they would have put me on cpap after 2 hours of sleep. I stopped breathing...

I really wanted the nasal pillows... BUT did not like them at all... ended up with the Mirage mask -- Mirage... covers ONLY the nose...

On edit.. I was a huge mouth breather.... not now... DW said that my mouth never opens now..???
