I would recommend getting one of these.
Pulse Oximeter
If you are getting into the 60's that is serious. That is in the range where brain damage can occur.
Be sure to get one that can record for at least 12 hours. I check my O2 levels while using my CPAP to make sure it is keeping my levels above 80 all of the time. Levels in the 90's desired.
I have found you have to be proactive in today's medical profession. This is just one way to get the piece of mind the CPAP is working for you and set correctly.
You may find you will need supplemental O2 as well as the CPAP.
