Had sleep study last night: calling all auto cpap users!

I have been diagnosed with "significant" sleep apnea. Insurance wouldn't agree to a split sleep study, and the nurse said they would have put me on cpap after 2 hours of sleep. I stopped breathing...

Any oxygen level that falls under the mid to lower 80's is considered low.. any time it is in the 70's it is considered serious...
