My COPD doc doesn't agree, ANYTHING below 90 you should be using O2.
I use O2 anytime I walk for over 3 minutes or ride my bike,etc. It is a welcome relief and gives you energy and protects you from stroke and heart issues.
Here is the rule: Your body doesn't store O2 so what you have is all you have. Try to bear that in mind.
