Had sleep study last night: calling all auto cpap users!

I have been diagnosed with "significant" sleep apnea. Insurance wouldn't agree to a split sleep study, and the nurse said they would have put me on cpap after 2 hours of sleep. I stopped breathing...

My cardiologist uses the exact same pulse ox I use when I exercize.

What do these nurses recommend to measure your O2 level?
