I got my cpap! It's a Phillips respirionics with the humidifier. Last night was my first night with it and I feel "body drunk" this morning-- like my bones are jell-o.
First will answer a previous question.
I have two oximeters. The one with the link is the one I use for overnight study as it records data that can be down loaded to a computer for analysis.
The second is a Nonin onyx 9500 which my wife and I use when exercising. The Nonin is the one my cardiologist uses during office visits. I have compared the two units and always get the same reading from both.
Now to problem at hand. Not sure what "body drunk" is but your Respironics should have a memory card (SD card).
You need to take the CPAP back to your doctor and have them read the data on the SD card. This is something my doctor did after the first night to see if the CPAP was working.
I have a Respironics System One with humidifier and the only problem I have had is some face mask leakage. Took many tries to get the mask adjusted so it does not leak and does not crush your face when it is too tight.
