Had sleep study last night: calling all auto cpap users!

I have been diagnosed with "significant" sleep apnea. Insurance wouldn't agree to a split sleep study, and the nurse said they would have put me on cpap after 2 hours of sleep. I stopped breathing...

I LOVE my CPAP!! I went and picked up a full face mask since my right nostril was clogged Thursday night and the sleepyhead program said my nasal mask was leaking greatly.

First night on full face mask-- I slept 11.5 hours! No leaks on this mask.

I'm feeling a tiny bit better; I think with my case it is going to take a while to get to normal status.
