Had sleep study last night: calling all auto cpap users!

I have been diagnosed with "significant" sleep apnea. Insurance wouldn't agree to a split sleep study, and the nurse said they would have put me on cpap after 2 hours of sleep. I stopped breathing...

Does anyone know if all tubes are interchangable with all machines? We are going camping next weekend and if DH and I switch spots in the RV bed, I can put the CPAP on the built in, but I will need a longer tube.

I planned to order an 8 foot tube from cpap.com but my tube is skinny and I don't know if skinny tubes and be switched with regular tubes, etc.
