I sort of wish now I knew about the apnea before we bought the rig this past summer! I'm in my mid 40s and don't snore, so apnea and CPAP weren't even on my radar.
My experience is up and down, but I guess that is normal. I had a few bad days and some daytime anxiety (which is unusual for me), but the last few nights I had some really good sleep. I think I'm getting deeper sleep and I have woken up feeling rested though an hour later I am tired again.
I know this is a gradual process.
