Had the Fuse bypass installed on Honda CRV today

Finally decided that pulling that little tiny fuse everytime we towed the CRV was not something I wanted to do anymore. A local radio electronics installation shop for $50 installed a toggle switch ...

When you pull fuse #19 do you still have power at the lighter to connect supplemental brake system? Thanks.
