If they come out and issue a estimate can I negotiate the price higher. I plan on keeping the money ad doing the repairs myself as Im knowledgeable on how to do it. Also should I clean the rv and make it look nice wash/wax in order to make the rv look more valuable/maintained.
In Texas, If you have the title free and clear, they will issue a check to you and you can do as you please. If there is a lien holder on the title, the check will be made out to both parties.
