One thing I've used a LOT are the small LED flashlights. I bought a 6 pack at Lowes or Home Depot (don't remember which, it was an impulse buy) that I've gotten a lot of use out of. I keep them in various places (inside the storage compartments, cabinets, etc). My favorite is the head-band light which I can use with both hands free. I keep that hanging just inside the door to the camper.
