My generator oil changing solution.
My generator oil drain is a 2" rubber spout that drains (or would drain) onto one of the steel frame cross-members that has about a 1/4" lip on it. I use a 1-1/2" piece of PVC pipe, square cut on the top to go over the spout, angle cut at the bottom where it rests in the drain pan. After the oil's drained I wipe the PVC outside with a couple of paper towels then ball them up and push them thru the PVC with a stick to clean out the inside. When done the PVC travels on the cross-member tied down tight with a cable tie (bungee would work just as well but I love cable ties).
