I had a car jack in the garage, that was not used at all, so one day, my wife compllained that the RV, swayed when I entered, so naturally I thought of the jack, next time we went out, I took it with us and placed it under the frame, on the passengers side, and no more sway.
Cost nothing, it is a scissor jack, do not use a bottle jack, the inner piston will aventually corrode, pit, and brake the seal, then you are out a jack.
