I purchased the "shade cloth" from a local hardware store and made a shade for my large back window in the 5th wheel. Added elastic loops, mounted Command hooks on the RV and hung it on the window. Used Command hooks so they would be easy to remove if necessary. Made a smaller one for the kitchen window and am attaching it with suction cup hooks...much easier to do but don't know how it will hold over the summer. Also used the shade cloth to make a awning for the end of the rv awning patio awning. It attached to the awning hardware with velcro straps and can be used at either end. The shade cloth sews very easy and takes up very little storage space when not in use.
