We recently applied about a six inch piece of black electrical tape low on the driver's side window( near the wipers). It lines up with the driver's view of the white line on the right side of the road when our vehicle is as close to that line as we are comfortable being. It is much easier to glance down at that tape to see if we have room to move over than it is to take the few seconds to focus on the side view mirror (or to ask "How close am I?") We are currently traveling on some pretty narrow Norwegian roads and this has been a great help when something big is coming at us. Join us at http://www.ourtravelswithrover.com/
