To continue Handy Hints and move on from wine glasses, here is one I don't think I have posted before.
We usually have a cooler or plastic tubs of supplies to stash while we go down the road in our slide in camper. I put low profile loop type eyes low and high on each side of the foot area of the dinette area and put bungie cords across to hold items from sliding into the aisle way.
You need to use low profile closed loop eyes so you don't bump your legs on them. I have two kinds that I have picked up over the years for camper tie downs. One style is stainless that I think may have been for boat use (bought at flea market), the other is aluminum or some such that I think are really half of a clamp for clamping wires but work well for tie downs (also flea market purchase).
