It was a pain in the a** to hook up the 3" drain hose in the outside compartment of my MH. So I ran a solid 3" black pipe through the bottom of the compartment to the outside edge of the MH body. It is now easy up hookup the hose and it has not impeded the flow when I am dumping. I also don't have to worry about any waste dripping inside of the compartment and can use the extra clean space for storage.
