Thats why they call them "erasers'! They basically sand off the layer of whatever your cleaning to remove the stain.

For starters, you have "didn't allow" in quotes. Which is funny since I never said that, so im not sure who you're qouting.
2nd. I never said she did it on purpose.
3rd I simply showed her the damage that they do. (we both were unaware) and simply asked her not to use them anymore. She agreed.
