So what do we do when we block our TV's plate with our trailers?
When I put on my bikes you can still see the plate even though it's in front of them.
This discussion sometimes comes up on the truck camper forum; namely, when the TC overhangs the back of the truck, does the license plate stay on the back of the truck, where it is obscured, or does it go on the back of the TC where it can be seen. The answer seems simple enough, except that some states REQUIRE that the license plate be attached to the vehicle itself and others don't make that distinction. To further confuse the issue, some states require the TC to be registered and a plate displayed while others do not. I haven't read of anyone getting a ticket one way or the other.
