Yesterday we got rid of our black water tank and are now hard plumbed to the sewer and have a residential toilet. No more chemicals and dumping once a week ! Guy

Only potential problem I can see is that, if you have a clothes dryer stand pipe the odor from the sever will work its way back into the rv. I know this from experience. We had a combination washer dryer and left the gray water valve open. The sewer odor worked its way back into the W/D closet. That stand pipe has no trap to block the odor backup.
