I use Harbor Freight for tools that I may need once or a couple times. Their hydraulic jacks are no better or worse than others, not sure about the tongue jack, worst that could happen is would quit working.
x2. I will not buy anything from HF that is powered or has moving parts that I want to use more than once. Their handtools/wrenches/screwdrivers are good enough to put in the truck tool box or to put together a tool box for occasional use.
