Harbor Freight Predator portable generator
Harbor Freight compares this 2000 watt portable generator to the Honda one, and it's half the price. Has anyone used it, and were you happy with it? Thanks!!

Yeah the Hondas and Yamaha's run at 60-65db but again we're talking half the cost and the OP wants experienced comments regarding the Harbor Freight unit.
I have not experienced the unit in question but I have a couple others from Harbor Freight (larger and louder) and they are shockingly good.
Would I used them for anything but occasional use? Nope.
At a campground? Sure, but I would not run it all night long unless there was significant distance from my neighbors.
