Harbor Freight Predator portable generator
Harbor Freight compares this 2000 watt portable generator to the Honda one, and it's half the price. Has anyone used it, and were you happy with it? Thanks!!

If it's a dead heat between the WEN and the HF generator, I'd pick the WEN. If you buy the WEN from a distributor, warranty enforcement and service may be easier to obtain.
There are just a lot of horror stories about Harbor Freight motorized items. Their 2 cycle Predator, for instance, ships with bad plugs. If you want the machine to work, a plug replacement is necessary. At least that is what many reviewers are claiming. I don't buy anything complex from Harbor Freight. If the Harbor Freight generator only lasts for a short time, you really haven't saved a lot.
