Has anyone had a run in with any WILD animals?

Hubby was walking behind our camper at dusk, slightly in the trees, and thought a big dog was nearby but thought it was awfully quiet...he then looked again and it was a bear. He slowly backed away from it but it seemed unconcerned as he thinks it was quite used to campers.

Other bear sightings but none that close again.
