The offer is legit and they will honor it. However, like said, you have to have the sales resistance to say no to joining. Not that joining is a b ad thing. We joined 10 years ago and have more than reaped the value for our membership. But.....we use it. key words? WE USE IT. if you don't use the membership to stay multiple nights in their campgrounds, it ain't worth a dime. Most of the campgrounds are nice and well run. Emerald Cove is right on the river and very popular and we have never had problems getting reservations and normally back up to the river or can move within a two or three day period to that site.
