I also have a 2016 Ford F-250,4wd,camper,plow and towing packages and carry a Northstar Freedom truck camper. I also often pull a Seaway 18 CC Sportsman, with and without the camper.
When I first started,my headlights would also blind oncoming drivers. I added lower Stabiloads ,kept my tires at 80 psi and problem solved. Rear went from +/-2” deflection to about 1/4”. I also avoid, whenever possible, night driving. While it would be easy to adjust your headlights before and after every trip and every time you drop your camper, with Stabiloads you get much better handling when loaded. Your trucks springs are already drilled at the ends of the lower leaf,so installation is easy.
