Wonder how the health program would work if it was restricted to those who are here legally and those who are born to legal parents?
Two years on Medicaid will get you on to Medicare without ever having paid any money into it. My dentist accepts Medicaid patients who receive free 6 months check ups and care. He has an interpreter on staff because many don't speak English. Child care is subsidized. So many programs and it is no wonder there is so much waste because of the inability to properly track those who use them.
When my son was in high school his principal once said "We are responsible for the education of children from age 4 through 21. One day we will be responsible from birth to the grave." Our government is already at that point.
How much longer can we sustain this. Greece has gone past the point of no return and is about to collapse.
