Hearing aid chargers.....boondocking
You would think that with 20+ chargers in our possession, that at least ONE of them would work!!!!!! I have a Rexton charger for my hearing aides. We will be boondocking for the next 6 months or so....

Radio Shack might have something for you; if you take the charger in and show it to them, they might have an adapter. But like KD4UPL said, a little portable 12V DC to 120V AC inverter should do the job, just with a little extra power wasted (going from 12V to 120V back to 12V).
